Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact and follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings
Qualify prospects and assess property owner needs
Present Proactive Property Solutions’ services clearly and professionally
Build trust and rapport with potential clients
Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth transactions
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (real estate, roofing, home services, or B2B preferred but not required)
Experience in the insurance industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Real estate license (preferred but not required, depending on role)
