Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-oriented salesman to join our growing team. This role focuses on proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and converting prospects into clients by understanding their property needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact and follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings
  • Qualify prospects and assess property owner needs
  • Present Proactive Property Solutions’ services clearly and professionally
  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth transactions
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (real estate, roofing, home services, or B2B preferred but not required)
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required, depending on role)
